Now secure your craftsman suit-case with 10 cartridge assembly mortar FIS VL 300 T and 20 mixers. The fischer FIS VL 300 T assembly mortar is a vinyl ester-based 2K injection system. Resin and hardener are only mixed and activated when pressing out of the static mixer. The mounting mortar can be processed particularly economically with a commercial sealing material extrusion gun. Attached cartridges can be reused with a new static mixer. With approved system components such as FIS A anchor rods, internal threaded anchors and injection armature sleeves for concrete and masonry fastening, the hybrid system offers many indoor and outdoor applications.FIS VL is a vinyl ester-based 2K injection mortar. Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated in the static mixer when pressing out. The mortar is injected without bubbles from the drill hole base HER. The mortar sticks the mounting element fully to the bore hole wall and seals off the bore hole. The 410 ml coaxial cartridges can be easily processed with the Fischer FIS AC pressing device. Broken cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer. The FIS VL is approved for use in cracked concrete and masonry and has a high load-carrying capacity. The vinylester resin-based injection mortar enables anchoring in concrete in the water-filled drilled hole and thus ensures rapid work progress. The temperature resistance of the FIS VL injection mortar from –40 °C to +120 °C. A solid load level, even at high temperature requirements, thus increasing the flexibility during processing. The FIS VL HIGH SPEED has a significantly shorter curing time than the FIS VL, thus enabling fast processing even at low temperatures.
