Description
With High speed over water
A racing boat needs two things in particular: A powerful motor and robust components. The EP Racing boat Rocket V2 RTR has a powerful, water-cooled, brushless external motor and a 30 A water-cooled brushless ESC with BEC. The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) supplies the motor with the required voltage and at the same time controls the power of the motor specifically. The BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) replaces a second battery. Weight is saved here because the power supply to the drive and the control is ensured with a single power source. The two-blade-nylon-propeller accelerates the boat to 55 hour kilometers and the 2.4 GHz 2-channel radio control system permits excursions with up to 200 meters range.

The construction of the boat must also meet these requirements: The Rocket V2 is equipped with a 9 g waterproof rudder servo, aluminum alloy rudders and a shaft drive system with 3 mm flexible cable drive. The fuselage designed with cool graphics is completely mounted and possesses a self-leveling function, which prevents the capsizing of the boat.
