Description
The TPP1000, TPP0500B, and TPP0250 are all-purpose, high bandwidth probes from Tektronix that provide breakthrough specifications that have not been realized in this product class before. Designed for use with the Tektronix MDO3000, MDO4000, MSO/DPO5000 and MSO 5 series oscilloscopes, these probes offer an analogue bandwidth of up to 1 GHz at a capacitive load of less than 3.9 pF.
