Description

Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable, Cat.6A (500MHz) in Snagless design with gold-plated contacts. For Ethernet up to 10GBase-T.

The LINDY Cat.6A locking network cable is a simple but very effective means of preventing accidental or malicious removal of cables from your network. The fully tamper-proof security key locks into the plug, providing additional physical security so that the cable can only be removed with the key supplied.

CAT 6A cable, shielded with network as overall shield and foil shield for the individual wire pairs (S/FTP). The cable meets the requirements of 10Gigabit Ethernet (10GBaseT) with its operating frequency up to 500MHz. It was manufactured and tested in accordance with the guidelines of the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packed in a polybag.

The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free plug connections over a very long period of time. The Snagless Clip Protection prevents the Snap-Clip on the connector from breaking or tearing (known as the Latch Protection). This allows the cable to be laid and worked, without getting caught in the clips.

Because of the halogen-free sheath material of the cable designed as LSZH-cable the product, with its low flue gas development and the completely eliminated emission of toxic halogens, is suitable for use in public areas.
