This robust stainless steel thermometer is permanently installed and is suitable for the subsequent equipment of a pizza or oven, for the self-made stone oven as well as as as a spare part. The thermometer is placed on the outside of the oven or grill in a pre-drilled hole (ø 60 mm) and fixed with a clamping element. So you can always keep an eye on the temperature scale protected from a glass cover. The 150 cm long, flexible metal probe is guided with the sensor element in the cooking room. The screw nuts for fixing are directly included. The analogue device measures temperatures from 0 to + 500°C and is especially suitable for use in wood, stone or bread ovens as well as in pizza ovens, grills or smokers.
