Monitoring and speed setting of up to four EC fans

Powered directly by the auxiliary voltage (+10 VDC) of the EC fans – no separate power supply required
The module serves for the monitoring of up to four fans, which have a hall-output (tacho). The failure of a monitored fan is signaled by an alarm relay (potential-free closer) and an LED.
The DIP switch can be set which of the fan connections is monitored. Furthermore, the speed threshold below which a failure is reported can be set via DIP switch.
In addition to the monitoring function, the speed of the fans can also be controlled via a permanently installed rotary knob (potentiometer) or via a 4 - 20 mA or 0 - 10 V input. The highest value from the two inputs and the potentiometer is always output.
The module supplies itself from the +10 VDC auxiliary voltage of the fan and has a maximum current consumption of 1.0 mA. The fans must be supplied separately.
