The MV110-24.16DN digital input module can extend a PLC system or a distributed control system with an additional 16 digital inputs.
Each input can connect switch contacts, NPN as well as PNP transistors.
The device is configured with the user-friendly software MX110 Configurator, which can be downloaded anytime and at no additional cost.
The digital input module MV110-24.16DN has 16 digital inputs.
These are designed as switch contact, NPN or PNP.
In addition, for the MV110-24.16DN the inputs are galvanically isolated from each other in 4 groups.
The module is connected via 24 V DC, has an RS485 interface and communicates with the help of the Modbus RTU and ASCII protocols.
The housing has IP20 protection and can be operated in the temperature range of -20...+55 °C.
With an integrated pulse counter each input of this expansion module is able to count up to 1000 pulses per second and WAS is not possible in a Modbus network when using a programmed meter.
The built-in pulse counter means you can use the device as a single device if your system needs one.
You can easily mount the MV110-24.16DN input module on a DIN rail or mount it on a wall.
A series of LEDs are available on the front of the device.
Sixteen of them are intended for inputs, i.e. each of them lights up when a signal arrives at the corresponding input.
The other three LEDs indicate the status of the power supply, data exchange, or fault condition.
