Description
The TCP0020 and TCP2020 are a family of powerful, easy-to-operate AC/DC current switches designed for use with a wide range of oscilloscopes. The TCP0020 is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with TekVPI™ probe interface and TCP202A for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekProbe™ probe interface. The TCP2020 is designed for use with all devices with BNC inputs and an input terminal of 100 kΩ. These AC/DC current probes provide sufficient power to support a measuring system bandwidth of 50 MHz. The TCP0020 and TCP2020 offer a maximum measurement range of 20 ARMS, while the TCP202A offers a maximum AC measurement range of 15 ADC + Peak. These probes also offer outstanding accuracy up to current strengths of only 10 mA, WAS is important for fulfilling the today's demanding current measuring requirements.
