Description
Optimum protection for problem loads. For limiting inrush currents with problem loads such as energy-saving lamps and parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps. Problem loads such as electronic ballasts, energy-saving lamps, incandescent lamps, LED power supplies and switching power supplies have a very high current consumption at the moment of switching on with a multiple of the nominal current and can thus destroy switching relays. With this accessory, the high current that can occur when switching on electronic devices is limited to a harmless value. The inrush current of incandescent lamps can also be limited so that they have a longer service life. A protective fuse is also integrated. The inrush current limiter can be switched directly into the load circuit for loads up to 200 VA. The compact device can be easily installed in switch or distribution boxes or e.g. lamp housings. The device is simply installed in series to the load.
