Description

Excellent solubility in cold water

Aquaprint is a water-soluble carrier material designed for complex multi-extrusion 3D printing. Aquaprint has an almost four times higher flow rate than other PVA-based support filaments and reduces the resolution time in water by half. However, the outstanding feature of Aquaprint is its exceptional adhesion to various materials such as PLA, PETG, PA and TPU, which offers twice the strength of PVA.

Aquaprint has excellent solubility in cold water and exceptional thermal stability. It can be printed at lower temperatures, WAS makes it the ideal carrier material and ensures excellent adhesion .

Aquaprint has a higher structural rigidity compared to other support filaments, especially PVA. This property significantly improves material transfer from the extruder to the hot end, especially for Bowden extruders. This robust structural integrity also enables the creation of solid supports, leading WAS to an excellent end surface of your 3D printed parts.

Users of Dual 3D extruder printers can seamlessly combine Aquaprint with a variety of materials thanks to its easy-to-use print configuration. As soon as your pressure is finished, Aquaprint's biodegradability allows for responsible disposal via standard sewer basins (according to local regulations).

The use of Aquaprint as a water-soluble carrier material enables 3D printing of complex structures, even with moving parts, all in one piece and in an extraordinary quality.
