Description

The ProfiCook® meat mincer food processor PC-FW 1272 is a powerful device that enables you to process large quantities of meat and fish quickly. With the feed and return function, the preparation of the hack (tatar), kebbage and sausage is a child's play. It is easy to handle thanks to the rotating filling tablet and robust metal neck.

The machine is supplied with 3 metal perforated disks (fine, medium, coarse) and a 4-wing stainless steel knife, so that you can achieve the desired consistency easily. In addition, it includes a keg attachment for the oriental kitchen, a cookie/pastry attachment for delicious pastries and a sausage filler attachment.
