Do you use an induction hob?Did you know that the size of your pot can affect cooking performance? Always make sure that the size of the pot is the same as the size of the cooking zone as the induction technology only works effectively if the bottom of the pot or pan is the same size as the ring on the hob. If your pot is smaller than the cooking zone, it may not be detected. This 28 cm pan is suitable for a 18.75 cm induction ring.
