Description

Ultra-highly efficient “green” battery charger
With an efficiency of up to 95%, these chargers generate three to four times less heat than the industry standard. And once the battery is fully charged, the power consumption is reduced to 0.5 watts, which is five to ten times better than the industry standard.

Reconditioning
A lead-acid battery, which has not been sufficiently charged or has been left discharged for days or weeks, will degrade its performance due to sulphation. If the process is stopped in time, it will partially reverse the sulphation by charging the battery with low current until a higher voltage is reached.

Function for restoring fully discharged batteries
Most chargers with reverse polarity protection do not detect and therefore do not charge a battery that has been discharged to zero volts or almost zero volts. However, the Blue Smart IP65 charger attempts to recharge a fully discharged low-current battery and resumes normal charging after sufficient voltage has been applied to the battery terminals.

The VictronConnect app
Setting, displaying and configuring your Blue Smart IP65 charger using your smartphone. With the help of the VictronConnect app you can display the status of your charger and the battery and even control the functions of your charger. By default, the voltage and current are displayed on the screen.
