Description
The SIMPLEX soft hammer of the series 3028 with the application combination rubber composition / polyamide covers a wide range of applications and is therefore widely used in the metal-working industry.
The medium-hard rubber insert (series 3202) is very wear-resistant, damping and odorless and holds much longer than a conventional rubber hammer.
The nylon insert (series 3208) offers excellent impact properties and guarantees maximum strength with the highest durability. It is made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, this makes it much more resistant to wear and tear and does not splinter even at minus temperatures. It is also oil and grease resistant.
The cast iron casing has an integrated handle protection sleeve, which provides high protection against breakage.
The high quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically designed wooden handle is double painted in the grip area and thus completely insensitive to dirt.
According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This saves not only money but also resources.
