Description

The D60mm and D80mm SIMPLEX IMPELLERS with the combination of rubber composition/polyamide cover a wide range of applications and are therefore widely used in the metal-processing industry. These Top sellers from the house of Halders have now been developed:

The rubber insert with pedestal (3202.2) provides a safe head stand of the hammer with a brilliant shape and less bending WAS the work is designed essentially more ergonomically and reverse-protecting. The proven rubber mixture is very wear-resistant, damping and odorless and holds much longer than a conventional rubber hammer.

The polyamide insert (series 3208) offers outstanding impact characteristics and provides maximum strength with the highest durability. It is made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, this makes it much more resistant to wear and tear and does not splinter even at minus temperatures. It is also oil and grease resistant.

The cast iron casing has an integrated handle protection sleeve, which provides high protection against breakage.

The high quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically designed wooden handle is double painted in the grip area and thus completely insensitive to dirt.

According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This saves not only money but also resources.
