Overview
SIMPLEX plastic mallet with the combination of copper (hard) / polyamide (white, hard, resistant to wear, no chipping even at minus temperatures, resistant to oil and grease).
Reinforced cast temperature housing with high stability strengthens the impact force due to the increased weight.
Very stable, long-lasting fiber glass rod with non-slip grip, inorganic (not moisture-sensitive).
All parts are interchangeable/can be retrofitted, thus very economical and resource-saving.
Description
The SIMPLEX soft hammer of the series 3748 contains the insert combination copper / polyamide.
The copper bit (series 3804) is the hardest hit-in-the-SIMPLEX product range and thus enables very high impact forces, but is more gentle than a steel hammer. It replaces a conventional copper hammer.
The polyamide insert (series 3208) offers outstanding impact characteristics and provides maximum strength with the highest durability. It is made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, this makes it much more resistant to wear and tear and does not splinter even at minus temperatures. It is also oil and grease resistant.
The black, reinforced cast iron casing provides for high stability due to the thicker wall thicknesses and bracing. The increased weight enables a high impact force.
The very stable and long-lasting fiber glass handle shows high protection against breakage. It is ergonomically designed and has an anti-slip grip. It has a smooth surface and is inorganic (not moisture sensitive).
According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This saves not only money but also resources.
