Description
The electronic water level switch WPS5000 is suitable for automatic level monitoring of conductive liquids in tanks, wells, water tanks etc. (e.g. rainwater, pipe water, fresh water, waste water, cooling water and heating water, in the case of backwater water e.g. due to blocked drain pipes, in the case of flooding due to pipe breakage etc.). For storage tanks made of concrete, plastic or metal. The unit can be configured as either a refill or drain unit. The liquid level is automatically maintained between two levels (min. and max.) by appropriate configuration (time setting). When water penetrates or when the previously defined water level is reached, the relay of the WPS 5000 responds (optionally with digital delay setting) and switches a connected 230 V/AC consumer via the built-in socket. Conductivity adjustment in the range from 10 kOhm to 200 kOhm.
