Description
Programming of own robots with fischertechnik Robotics Add On: Omniwheels. Together with the Robotics Base Set, four exciting Omniwheel models can be constructed, waiting to be brought to life. It is possible to build driving robots with different tasks, such as a football robot, a firing robot that detects and shoots target discs, and a painting robot with a pen that can be lowered and raised. A highlight in this kit are the Omniwheels, which are driven by four encoder motors, of which two are contained in the Base Set, and thus enable a movement in each direction! The camera contained in the Base Set enables an image processing, through which the football robot can detect a ball - and it is shot away with full force! The new fischertechnik TXT 4.0 controller offers many new features with the new programming software ROBO Pro Coding. In addition to graphical programming in a Blockly environment, programming via Python is now also possible! The software is independant of the operating system and can also be used on mobile devices. A servo motor is also included in the set. The concept is rounded off by seven experiments with corresponding solutions.
