The ScanXpert FX has a completely new operating concept. Made in Europe.

The ScanXpert FX is ideal for applications that require a perfect result even on complex surfaces.

Through its individually adaptable hardware setup it is Ideal for scanning technical components or archaeological finds.

High-precision cameras and optical sensors
Digitise every detail with the latest generation of high-performance cameras.
The highly sensitive USB 3 industrial cameras provide for an excellent recording of the scan objects and a high detail resolution.

Reconfigurable and versatile field of view.
Depending on whether you want to scan small or large objects, you can individually adjust the field of view of the scanner between 80 mm and 600 mm.
( Field of view refers to the image section that the scanner uses to acquire a scan sequence. )

Compact & portable
The packaging is compact, in a handy box that contains all the accessories and tools necessary for the configuration and use of the scanner. (Please note: The automatic turntable is NOT included in the delivery, but is available separately.)

ScanXpert scanning suite
With ScanXpert you have everything, WAS you need to work immediately. The provided software makes it possible to optimize your scans in many details. The ScanXpert scanning suite has a variety of post-processing tools that can make your scans look better than your original . They can also cut out the scan areas and, thanks to their various fill and edge smoothing functions, they can also work perfectly.

The ScanXpert scanning suite enables the export as a .stl, .obj or .ply file. You can also import existing STL files for editing with powerful tools in the ScanXpert scanning suite.

Improved scan alignment
The powerful ScanXpert Scanning Suite provides various options for aligning individual scans from different perspectives.

Manual Alignment: As a user, you can decide how individual scans or image sequences are aligned.

Feature Orientation: During the scanning process, the software detects which position area images are automatically aligned with each other by means of the surface structure.

Marker Alignment: The ScanXpert Scanning Suite automatically detects markers. Especially in the case of rotary symmetrical components or homogeneous surfaces, surfaces are precisely aligned with each other by the automatic detection of scan marks.

Turntable alignment: The optional turntable automatically aligns single images based on a fixed angle of rotation of the turntable.

Together with the optional rotary table the scanning process can be automated very well.
