It was the powerful Meiller-Mulde that dominated the massive appearance of the Kaelble KV 34. This is also the case in the light blue pattern of quarry, which Wiking undertook for the maintenance of model. The Kaelble is considered to be a giant among construction site vehicles to this day. With an extra width of more than 3.40 meters and a length of 7.50 meters, the Kaelble KV 34 brought almost 60 tons onto the mostly impassable quarry slopes when loaded. Today the dumper model of the Backnanger construction machine specialist presented by Wiking in 1968 is a classic. Last but not least, because he counts as a giant among the Wiking models of the late 1960s – according to Friedrich Peltzer's wish in "approximated scale 1:90". Construction machine enthusiasts have long been keeping the Kaelble dumper in their hearts, after five decades it has become an authentic Wiking milestone.
