Description
The sound level meter is a small handheld device with many functions such as the peak measurement, leq value calculation and adjustable measurement ranges. In addition, the MAX function allows the sound level meter to freeze the highest measured value, so that you can really judge whether a limit has been exceeded. The special feature of the sound level meter is the leq value which, after entering a time, indicates the equivalent continuous sound level, i.e. the temporal mean value of all sound events within a monitoring period.
The memory function offers 99 places which can only be accessed via the sound level meter. The backlit display makes reading easy, and after 10 minutes without operation the sound level meter turns off automatically.
You can see by a battery symbol timely when a change of the three AAA-batteries is necessary. The sound level meter of the class 2 is used in the workplace, e.g. employee noise protection or simply for a quick measurement of ambient noise.
