Description

The Porsche Carrera RS 2.7 is a legend in the 911 series It was developed in 1973 to participate in the European GT races. It has a 2.687ccm 6 cylinder engine with 210PS and a light body with an improved aerodynamics. The RSR 2.8 racing version had a revised 2.808ccm engine with over 300PS and won the European GT racing series in 1973.
The model we on the TAMIYA BT-01 chassis is delivered in the construction version of short wheel base, mid-range engine and rear wheel drive (MR).

The TAMIYA BT-01 chassis is an introductory-friendly chassis which offers 6 different drive and chassis variants.
The wheel base can be build in 257mm and 251mm. Furthermore, the chassis is oriented toward the drive systems of real cars and can be built as a front-wheel motor or central motor with front-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive.

The enclosed body is already pre-painted in PS-1 white and PS-31 smoke for the windshield.
