In 2024, the Tamiya Hornet celebrates its 40. Birthday. Reason enough for Tamiya, this with a special model – the Hornet EVO!
This is a kit in which the original model was redesigned in some places and contains additional parts. As compared to the 58336 Standard Hornet, the EVO now possesses independent-wheel suspension, new gearbox at the rear, ball-bearing and oil-pressure shock absorbers. The complete rear axle unit with transmission and suspension comes from the DT-02 chassis. The body is unpainted and Tamiya donated a slightly revised decal sheet for the EVO version.
