Simple operation is the most important with the EN18 NiMH charger. Simply plug the 4-8S peak charger into the next free socket, connect the battery via the Tamiya plug and you're ready to go. The colored LED displays the current procedure and remains lit in green as soon as the charging process is completed at up to 1.2A and 14.4 V.
With the built-in Delta peak detection, the SKYRC EN18 ensures that your rechargeable batteries reach their full capacity during charging. In this way you get even more power and still more running time from your batteries. This is achieved through the use of a peak detection circuit which monitors the voltage of the battery during the charging process and automatically switches off the charger when the voltage of the battery reaches and falls below certain peak values. This is in contrast to a time-controlled charger, in which you often receive an incompletely charged battery.
