With the reunification, the wagons went to the Deutsche Bahn AG stock, where they were run as DDM 916. They were used in the car passenger trains together with the DDM 915. Many cars were later also sold abroad or to private companies. In addition to the German vehicles, there are also French, Spanish, Dutch and Czech variants.
