Description
MicroFreak is a unique digital synthesizer that rewards curious sounds with a combination of wavetable and digital sound generators and analog filters. Its flat, pressure-sensitive poly-aftertouch keyboard and random sequences make it an extraordinary instrument.
MicroFreak opens up completely new sound possibilities with versatile oscillators, including texture, Karplus-Strong and vocoder, as well as state-of-the-art algorithms from mutable instruments and noise engineering. Its 12 dB Oberheim SEM-inspired filter can be modulated from gentle to brillly and even oscillate itself.
The synthesizer has a modulation matrix and a sequencer that enables automation, step-by-step note editing and random patterns. Thanks to USB, MIDI and CV-outputs, MicroFreak can be integrated seamlessly with DAW and modular setups – or used as poly-after-touch controller for software synths.
