The Arturia KeyStep is a small but powerful MIDI and CV Step Sequencer controller with a 32-key keyboard, arpeggiator and chord mode, and multiple outputs that allow music to be created with all the audio equipment – whether it be with external synth modules, virtual instruments or a modular synthesizer setup.
The perfect small format sequencer
The 32-key keyboard of the KeyStep is equipped with Arturia's own "Slim Keys", which offer more range than the conventional small MIDI-controllers and at the same time give the professional feeling, which is often missing with the economical MIDI-keyboards. The KeyStep offers two switchable modes: Arpeggiator and Sequencer. In Arpeggiator mode, arpeggios can be played in various modes and time subdivisions that are perfectly synchronized with the DAW or other gear. As a sequencer, the KeyStep allows you to create and edit large patterns with up to 64 steps and 8 notes of polyphony, all with the same controls as the arpeggiator.

With multiple outputs, including 3 CV-outputs, Sync In & Out, MIDI In & Out as well as MIDI via USB, the KeyStep offers numerous possibilities, in order to synchronize practically every music technology device, whether vintage or modern, and to let all the devices work harmoniously with one another.
