The Arturia KeyStep 37 goes beyond a simple 64-step sequencer, arpeggiator and MIDI controller. It is responsive, dynamic, and expands in any direction to promote musical exploration - the controller, which inspires.

The familiar KeyStep formula, now expanded. The KeyStep 37 possesses an impact-dynamic 37-key keyboard with aftertouch and RGB-LED-feedback, remains thereby light and compact. At the heart of the control panel are 4 new knobs with an LED display, which provide immediate access to new, expressive tools and MIDI adjustments – for complete creative control.
Create music interactively
The new control elements activate the unique and extended chord mode of the KeyStep 37. Choose from 12 chord types, a variety of draft effects and distribute the voices into complex, touch-sensitive parts that react like a string instrument. The Scale mode allows the 3 octave range of the KeyStep 37 keyboard to be mapped using a selected scale. Each key is automatically quantized to the nearest tone of the selected scale.
Full control over MIDI
Access the internal settings of the MIDI hardware and software to the 16 assignable MIDI CC parameters via 4 switchable banks. With the new control elements the settings can be changed while traveling and create dynamic performances.
The heart of the setup
The KeyStep 37 was developed in order to take over the control. An accessible interface, compact design and extensive connectivity make it the perfect center for each setup – no matter what the requirements are. Synthesizer equipment can be connected via MIDI in/out, VST-instruments are controlled with MIDI via USB. CV pitch, gate and mod connections enable integration into modular systems. The analogue Sync-In/Out-function sees to it that everything remains in the beat without any problem. All these functions can be used simultaneously.
Included in the delivery is a free copy of Ableton Live Lite, a user-friendly music production software for Mac or PC. With the registration of the KeyStep 37 a free download and a creative start in the music production takes place.
