    Description

The Arturia KeyStep Pro is a successful combination of Arturia’s cult controllers KeyStep and BeatStep Pro. A touch-sensitive keyboard with 37 keys , which also has aftertouch , is the primary means of playing melodies, bass lines and drum triggers.

Here you can also use the TR grid to place its beats on the point. Four tracks can be played in parallel and output their notes and commands on a total of two MIDI ports, eight drum triggers and four CV/Gate/Velocity outputs.

The control voltage outputs of the Arturia KeyStep Pro can be linked together, so it is possible to play a lavish modular system with four voices. Of course, polyphony is also output via MIDI. The analog clock/reset inputs/outputs are used to synchronize, for example, a drum computer from the pre-MIDI era, a Teenage Pocket Operator or the sequencer of a modular system. The metronome built into the Arturia KeyStep Pro is output as an audio signal and can be heard conveniently via the mixer or a headphone. An arpeggiator and a random function round off the controller optimized with focus on live and direct access.
