Don't worry if you have an older boss – our noodle press fits into the slow run exit of all boss, boss XL, KMix, boss Major, boss Sense, Chef XL Sense and Cooking Chef's Food Machines manufactured in the last 40 years*!

Twelve different form inserts can be selected.
Your noodle press is supplied with the Maccheroni Rigati insert, including inserts for Bigoli, Bucatine, Casarecce, Conchigliette, Fusili, linguine, Maccheroni Lisci, Orecchiette, Pappardelle, Silatelli, Spaccatelli or Spaghetti quadri can be added. These are available separately.
Inserts made of bronze
The high-quality pasta inserts are made of bronze. This gives your pasta an even and structured surface. Sauces adhere better and provide an authentic Italian taste.
Injection-pastries attachment
Cookies instead of pasta: You can make sweet treats with the optional pastry attachment.
