The SignalTEK QT Pro 10 gigabit qualification tester is the test solution for testing copper, glass fiber and Wi-Fi connections. It tests cable performance based on frequency-based measurements and verifies that the desired network speed is supported. It shows the available performance as compared to the desired speed on an easy to read display and the speeds of 10 MB/s to 10 GB/s including the new 2.5 and 5 GB/s multi-speeds are available. The SignalTEK QT Pro also qualifies fiber-optic connections according to IEEE 802.3 standard up to 100 GB/s by measuring the insertion loss and length of the fiber-optic cabling with a loopback test. TREND's high-performance SFP modules provide accurate insertion loss measurements, while the SignalTEK QT Pro detects the installed SFP module to automatically set PASS/fail limits. Analyze Wi-Fi channel strength and identify the access points on overlapping channels to maximize network performance. Channel Utilization Graphs help identify the access points (APs) with users who are overloaded. Connected to the network, diagnostics can be performed using ping, traceroute, and device scan tests. It performs a load test of up to 90 watts to ensure that the power provided by the switch also provides enough power for the PoE devices over the installed cables and will evaluate the results with PASS/FAIL. The NetScan allows you to capture a list of connected devices, including the manufacturer ID, IP address, and MAC address, with automatic IP address conflict checking and locate the location of the access points with the internal or external antenna. The TREND Anyware Cloud management system enables real-time collaboration between project managers and service engineers, pre-configuration of test settings, free space, easy location of project files, sharing links to test reports and Fleet Manager device management system. SignalTEK QT PRO supports not only the complete range of copper and fiberglass qualification but also the testing of WiFi the live wiring test with immediate wiring result, connection possibilities for glass fiber inspection microscope for checking the plug quality and automatic PASS/FAIL assessment as per IEC-61300-3-35 standard, Integrated red laser source for testing the polarity and detection of breaks and bending radii of patch cables, Li-polymer battery with an operating time of up to 10 hours. Optionally available, the #1-12 Remote Adapter Kits (R166020/male and R166021/female) are available for wire testing and enable efficient use when testing in one-man operation.
