The Manhattan 1080p HDMI KVM over IP Extender Set allows you to access a PC (or another HDMI player) from a keyboard, mouse and a screen from up to 120 m distance. You can either establish a direct connection via a single RJ45 network cable (Cat. 6 or higher recommended for maximum range and performance) or connect the extender to your network switch to bridge large distances.
Versatile connection options
Use this device as a regular HDMI extender or as an HDMI KVM switch. As extenders the HDMI and RJ45 ports deliver up to 1080p@60Hz (1920 × 1080) to a remote display of a Blu-ray player, NVR/DVR, a set-top box or a game console. As a full-fledged KVM-switch both the modules have USB-A-ports, which connect your PC, laptop or your MacBook® to the transmitter module as well as your keyboard/mouse to the receiver module. Since the HDMI KVM Extender works independent of the operating system, you can use each computer as a remote workstation. This flexibility makes the Extender Ideal for Point of Sale (POS) systems or digital order terminals with touch screen. Mounting angles are included with which you can mount the robust metal housing on a wall or ceiling.
