Overview
Targeted gain: The amplifier is used primarily to amplify the satellite ZF in the frequency range from 950 to 2150 MHz. The amplification is between 14 and 17 dB and shows an increase in amplification as the frequency increases.
Terrestrial Bypass: The device has a passive bypass for the terrestrial range (5 to 862 MHz), which means that this frequency range is passed through unchanged.
LNB Remote Supply: The VWS 04 has a built-in DC bypass. This enables the remote feed of the LNB via the HF-output and conducts additional DC-, 22-kHz and DiSEqC™-signals.
High performance and compact design: It has a maximum output level of 106 dBµV and is designed for indoor mounting. The typical current consumption is only 28 mA.
