The ROLOCK Expander Power torque expander pliers are the tool for expanding copper, stainless steel and aluminum pipes with a diameter of 1/2-5/8-3/4-7/8 inch. The universal wear protection layer and the high hardness of the expansion spike is achieved by the TiN coating. Protection against contamination and at the same time power-saving work is achieved by the ept-technology (closed Power transmission technology). Increased durability and load capacity of the expander head, with specially hardened segments. Using ROLOCK saves up to 50% of the cost of working time, soldering material, solder joints and energy compared to fittings. The bayonet catch allows for a quick change of the expander head.
For expanding and calibrating soft and semi-hard copper tubes, as well as for manufacturing reductions in sanitary/heating and air-conditioning systems.
