Switch connected devices on and off at any time and from anywhere: With the Homematic IP switch socket you can conveniently switch on and off connected consumers via the Homematic IP APP, directly on the device, via button or voice control. In this way, the reading light, the TV or the decorative lighting are switched on or off completely automatically via individual time profiles.
THE INTELLIGENT SOCKET FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
Almost all conventional electrical appliances are switched as desired - via Homematic IP buttons and remote controls, by voice command, directly on the device or via Homematic IP APP, whether from home or while traveling. For example, it can control floor lamps, radios, humidifiers, or devices with higher output such as electric radiators.
This means that the devices can be adapted to everyday life and can be switched on and off automatically at any desired time or depending on the sunrise or sunset.
NO UNNECESSARY POWER CONSUMPTION
With the switch socket, no unnecessary energy of consumers is wasted in the Standby mode. The device only switches on the electrical devices when they are needed. Thus, for instance, the power supply to the TV is switched off automatically at night and it is not switched on again until the next morning. If one forgot a device, it can be switched off again conveniently via the APP even from a distance. An additional plus offers the low standby current consumption, WAS makes the switch socket especially power-saving.
