The PLIN-USB adapter offers a simple and economical possibility for connecting a computer to a LIN-bus network. The PC connection is made via a USB full-speed port, while the device is connected on the LIN bus side via a D-Sub 9 plug. The galvanic insulation provides a reliable protection of the PC against voltage surges and voltage spikes.
The LIN interface supports the LIN protocol in accordance with ISO 17987 and meets all LIN specifications up to version 2.2. The interface can be operated as Master or slave.
The monitor application PLIN-View Pro as well as the PLIN programming interface for the development of applications with LIN-connection are included in the delivery.
