The standard 6 Nm mechanical tubular motor is used to motor a light roller shutter up to an area of 4 m² and a weight of 15 kg. It is designed for the MINI shutter system and is installed directly in the roller shutter shaft with a diameter of 40 mm. After installation, the end positions are set mechanically with an adjusting pin.
The quiet tubular motor Standard is characterized by a strong, low-wear brake as well as a maintenance-free motor with a high-quality gearbox unit with sintered gear wheels. An extra wide driver compensates for an odd cut shutter shaft and the adapter's special size provides an optimal power transmission to the roller shutter shaft. A thermal overload protection switches the motor off in case of overheating and thus protects the motor. A separately available control element is required to control the Standard tube motor. The Schellenberg shutter switches or the Schellenberg timers are suitable for this. Multiple shutter motors can be controlled using a relay. A height-adjustable wall bearing is included in the delivery for installation in the roller shutter box. The power is supplied via a four-core connection cable with a length of 2 m.
With the tubular motor Standard you have the option of installing a wireless control system at a later time. For this you need a Schellenberg wireless receiver module or a Schellenberg wireless roller shutter switch. The radio control allows the operation of the engine from a distance, with a Schellenberg hand-held radio transmitter or a Schellenberg radio time switch. After a wireless upgrade, the standard tubular motor can be integrated into a compatible Smart home system.
