Overview

The steering wheel remote control interface is designed for direct integration and allows OEM remote control functions to be retained when replacing the car radio. The ISO plug arrangement is designed for a simple plug-and-play connection, whereby installation time and cable connections are reduced. Compatibility with various Suzuki models allows multiple vehicle platforms to be supported with a single harness for audio upgrades. The flat plug geometry fits into the factory recesses of the dashboard and thus simplifies a simple cable guide and secure seat behind the plate.

Description

This Hi-Fi connector is an adapter harness that connects a retrofit car radio to the factory steering wheel buttons by synchronizing the vehicle's control signals with the new radio. The installation is done by connecting the adapter with the original cable harness of the vehicle and the ISO plug of the radio. This means that in many cases the remote control buttons are recognized without additional programming.
