The CableTool determines the length of all copper cable types: Network and telephone cables, coaxial cables as well as conventional power supply cables can be measured with the built-in, fully-fledged TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer) over length or distance up to a point of failure such as cable squeezing, interruptions or short circuits. You can use the voltmeter function to determine active lines. In addition, the CableTool has a tone generator for cable location. The CableTracker Probe can be used to clearly locate cable runs in cable ducts and under plaster.
