Description

The LINDY RJ45 port lock can be used to quickly block open network ports, so that it is not possible to connect cables or other devices without authorization. It offers protection against unauthorized access to a network or system and against accidental or intentional damage to the ports. It is also a visual indication of inactive and non-connected ports - Ideal for use in schools, offices or with authorities.

The RJ45 port lock is made of a plastic cap that is inserted securely in the RJ45 port with a key. The lock locks in RJ45 port and can only be pulled out again with the help of a key.

The application is simple: Put the lock on the key and then plug it into the free port. When you then remove the key, the lock locks into the port. To remove, insert the key back into the lock until it clicks into place and pull out the lock.

Safety note: The castle is primarily used as a physical and visual deterrent. However, a particular attacker can still dismantle it with skill and appropriate tools.
