This 8 MP surveillance camera has a high resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and therefore provides extremely detailed images. The Smart hybrid light technology combines powerful infrared and white light and provides optimum illumination at night over distances of up to 30 meters. Due to AI-assisted person and vehicle detection, alarms are reduced more precisely and faulty messages are reduced. With IP67-weather protection and IK08-vandal resistance the camera is robust built and Ideal is suitable for outdoor use. The efficient H.265+ video compression significantly reduces bandwidth and memory requirement. The power supply and data transfer are simple via PoE (Power over Ethernet).
The camera is equipped with a 1/2.7" CMOS image sensor with progressive scanning and achieves a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels (8 MP). The minimum illumination is 0.01 lux with F2.0 with AGC activated in color, while black and white recording with complete darkness is possible through the integrated illumination. An IR cut filter ensures automatic day/night switching. The manual pan/tilt/swivel range includes 0° to 355° panning, 0° to 75° tilting and 0° to 355° turning.
The video and audio features include a 2.8 mm fixed lens with a field of view of 105° horizontal and 55° vertical. The additional lighting consists of IR and white light with a range of up to 30 meters. Smart-IR prevents overexposure during close-up photography. The infrared wavelength is 850 nm. It supports various video compression methods, including H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 in the main stream as well as H.265, H.264 and MJPEG in secondary stream. The maximum frame rate is up to 12.5 fps at 50 Hz and 60 up to 15 fps at 8 MP resolution.
In the network area the camera supports numerous protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, RTP, RTSP, NTP, IGMP, IPv6, UDP, QoS, FTP SMTP and UPnP. Up to 32 users can be created, divided into administrator, operator and user, whereby password protection and password complexity check provide high security.
The camera is made of metal and plastic and possesses the protection classes IP67 for dust and water-proofing as well as IK08 for enhanced vandalism protection. The power supply is done via 12 V DC ± 25% with a consumption of maximum 6 W or alternatively via PoE according to IEEE 802.3af (class 3, up to 7.5 W). The operating temperature range ranges from –30 °C to 60 °C, whereby the camera works reliably even in demanding environments.
