Description
Receiver for switching on and off continuous current for lighting, motors, hobby light signals (74371, 74380,74391) and other electrical accessories. The m84 supports the digital formats Motorola, DCC and mfx. The digital address can be set via coding switches or via the programming track in steps of 4. The address range is available in Motorola format up to address 320 and in DCC format up to address 2040. The m84 contains 8 relays in 4 galvanically isolated groups for switching loads. By using a 66360 power supply unit, the bistable access of the relays and the storage of the switching status can be realised. 4 hobby light signals and 4 hobby presignals can be controlled with simultaneous switching of the traction current. The m84 also contains 8 inputs for manual switching of the relays (similar to the 7244 remote switch). The decoders m83 and m84 can be arranged in any order. The connection is made by means of lift clamps. Maximum current carrying capacity per group is 5A.
