Description
Receiver for switching points, signals and uncoupling tracks. The m83 supports the digital formats Motorola, DCC and mfx. The digital address can be set via coding switches or via the programming track in steps of 4. The address range is available in Motorola format up to address 320 and in DCC format up to address 2040. The m83 has 8 outputs, each of which can be controlled separately or in pairs. The default setting is the switching of up to 4 points. Further functions are e.g. the switching of up to 8 lights (dimmable) with a defined switch-on behaviour (e.g. street lighting, house lighting). It is possible to implement an external power supply, e.g. via 66360, only in conjunction with 60822. The m83 and m84 decoders can be arranged in any order. For motorised drives, a 60821 kit is required per output pair. The connection is made by means of lift clamps. Maximum current carrying capacity is 3A.
