Sulphate forms on the plates of the lead acid batteries, especially on batteries that are used little or only seasonally (e.g. motorcycles with winter break). During self-discharge during the service life, crystalline sulphates slowly cover the lead plates and lead to a reduction in the capacity of the lead battery.
The lead battery activator is simply connected in parallel to the battery and ensures with very short, very violent current pulses that the sulphate deposits are reduced and that existing sulphate deposits can slowly decompose again. It does not matter whether the battery is currently being charged or not. A maintenance charger can therefore be connected at the same time, e.g. for motorcycle batteries. The lead-acid battery activator of course also extends the service life of car batteries that are in daily active operation.
Simple installation - Automatic deactivation at 11 V - Splash-proof - Control LEDs for function monitoring - Low power consumption
