Application areas
The electronic working time break control AP 117 is used to control pneumatic and electric vibrators.
Advantages of the temporary use of vibrators are the reduction of the noise level and the energy saving.
Construction and functionality
The electronic working time break control controls solenoid valves or motor contactors in freely selectable intervals. The sequence starts with the working time, which can be set from 1 s to 99 h. During this time, the supply voltage from the consumer to be controlled is applied. After the end of the working time, the break time runs from 1 s to 99 h, then the working time again, and so on. In addition, the AP 117 offers an interval mode in which the working time can be divided into cycle working times (pulses) and cycle pause times with an adjustable duration of 0 to 59 seconds each. The elapsed time is shown on the display. The AP 117 can be used individually or integrated into the control cabinet.Keywords
