Description
With the 3W constant current power supplies SLT3-350ISC and SLT3-700ISC Self Electronics has an extremely compact product in its product range. The SLT3-ISC power supplies have been specially designed for applications where space is at a premium and maximum performance is required. To ensure that the power supplies are also suitable for outdoor use, they have been encapsulated and therefore feature IP66 protection. In addition, the series offers protection against interruption, short circuit, overload and overheating. After an error condition has been corrected, an automatic restart takes place. Self's SLT3-ISC Series power supplies meet all relevant EN, UL and FCC standards. They deliver output currents of 350 and 700mA, have a Selv output and an operating expectation of 35,000 hours at 80°C Tc. The stranded wire connection enables fast assembly, and assembly on materials with unknown flammability properties is also permitted thanks to the MM symbol. Self SLT3-ISC power supplies are available with a 3-year warranty.

Caution!
Make sure you pick an LED driver/transformer that comes with the appropriate power rating.
Choose a driver/transformer that supplies approx. 30 pecent more watttage,
as the current consumption (i.e. amperage) of the LEDs is key, and not the power rating of the LED provided by the LED manufacturer.
Keep in mind that the switch-on surge tend to be much higher.
