Description

The MIT2500 insulation resistance meter and continuity tester is used for insulation resistance measurements that require more than 1,000 V. The MIT2500 is the ideal instrument for measuring insulation resistance and continuity. MIT2500 offers six fixed test voltages of 50 V, 100 V, 250 V, 500 V, 1000 V and 2500 V on the one hand and infinitely variable test voltages between 50 V and 2500 V on the other hand. The output test voltage remains within 2 % during the test. The MIT2500 offers a battery compartment for six batteries and separate access to the fuses. For the first time, a handy device also offers the proven Guard technology. This eliminates surface creepage currents. This allows accurate measurements even with heavy soiling and moisture on the insulator. The robust rubber housing complies with IP54.
