Description

Similar to diode battery separation, FET allows two or more batteries to be charged simultaneously via an alternator (or a battery charger with a single output) without connecting the batteries. In contrast to the diode-battery separation, the FET separation has virtually no voltage loss. The voltage drop is less than 0.02 volts at low current and on average 0.1 volts at higher currents.
