High application flexibility and state-of-the-art connection technology are the essential features of this series of thermostats.
The thermostat housing is suitable for all common mounting types such as wall, immersion sleeve and attachment mounting. It can be used universally and reduces the variety of variants, since there is no need to distinguish between different types of mounting.
The JUMO heatTHERM-DR type (7+8 type) is a special variation with a special housing base for DIN rail or wall mounting. This makes it possible to mount the device easily on mounting rails TH35 in accordance with DIN EN 60715 (e.g. in control cabinets).
The installation effort is significantly reduced with this variant. The JUMO heatTHERM-AT exhaust gas temperature monitor locks the gas/oil boiler, which is connected to a chimney parallel to the wooden boiler.
With these world's first surface-mounted thermostats with "Push-in®" clamping technology, the connecting wires are simply inserted into the clamping point as far as they will go - done! A tool for connecting wire or wire with wire end sleeve is not required and the wiring becomes more secure. This significantly reduces the cost and time required compared to the conventional screw terminal.
The "Push-in®" clamping technology enables direct switching of loads up to 16A at 230V AC. Installation costs can thus be further reduced by eliminating a load contactor.
Temperature controllers (TR), temperature monitors (TW), safety temperature monitors (STW), safety temperature limiters (STB) are available as single or double thermostats as well as exhaust temperature monitors (ATW).
