Description
The Function and arbitrary generators of the TGF 4000 series offer signal generation functions up to 240 MHz on two identical channels with full power that can be independently or in the coupled or tracking mode can work. A precise channel-to-channel phase-control with a resolution of 0.001° is included.
A large selection of built-in waveforms is included and custom arbitrary waveforms can with sampling speeds of up to 800 MS/s and playback rates of up to 80 MHz. A PC-based software for the creation and editing any wave forms is included.
High-resolution, low-jitter impulses can be generated up to 100 MHz, as well as white noise with high bandwidth. A comprehensive range of modulations by internal and external sources. The modes gated, burst and sweep, internal or external trigger sources.
The remote control via USB and LAN (Standard), you can, if necessary, LXI compliant by an optional GPIB supplemented.
